By accessing dashboardpack.com (“the site”, “we”, “us”) or purchasing any of our admin dashboard templates (“Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you’re entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether or not you create an account or make a purchase.

Every premium theme on DashboardPack is sold under one of three licenses — Personal, Developer, or Lifetime. The license you choose at checkout defines how you can use the Product, how many projects it covers, and whether you can build paid SaaS on top of it.

The full terms of each license, side-by-side, are on the License Comparison page. By purchasing a Product, you agree to the specific license you selected and to these Terms.

Ownership and copyright of the Products stay with DashboardPack. You receive a license to use them under the conditions of your purchase — you do not own the underlying source code, and the license cannot be transferred to a third party without our written consent.

All content on dashboardpack.com — including the Products, source code, designs, documentation, written content, logos, and trademarks — is owned by DashboardPack or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You may view, browse, and print pages from the site for your own personal use. You may not:

• republish, redistribute, resell, lease, or sub-license our Products as-is to any third party;
• repackage our themes and sell them as standalone products;
• use our brand name, logo, or other artwork to imply endorsement of your project without a written agreement.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. If a Product doesn’t work for you for any reason, email us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we’ll process a full refund — no questions asked.

Once 14 days have passed, refunds are at our discretion and are only considered in cases where the Product is materially defective and we are unable to resolve the issue through support.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Support and updates are included with every Product for the duration of your license:

• Personal License — 6 months
• Developer License — 12 months
• Lifetime License — for the lifetime of the Product

“Support” means responding to questions about installation, configuration, and known bugs in the Product as shipped. It does not include custom development, third-party plugin issues, or work on heavily modified versions of the Product.

After your support period ends you can continue using the Product on the projects covered by your license — you just won’t receive new updates or support responses unless you have a Lifetime License.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we provide the site and our Products on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions — including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, or the use of reasonable care and skill.

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

1. limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence;
2. limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
3. limit any liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law;
4. exclude any liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashboardPack will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the site or the Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability under or in connection with these Terms (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may link to the home page or to specific pages on dashboardpack.com without prior approval, provided the link:

1. is not misleading;
2. does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party or its products and services;
3. fits within the context of the linking party’s site.

Without prior written approval, you may not create frames or iframes around our pages, or use other techniques that alter the visual presentation of the site.

We reserve the right to request removal of any link to our site at our discretion, and you agree to remove such links promptly on request.

If you create an account on dashboardpack.com to manage purchases or downloads, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, the license terms, or applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the site will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have access to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we’ll update the “Effective” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or via a notice on the site. Your continued use of dashboardpack.com after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
